If your order is received before 2pm GMT (Monday to Friday) then we aim to send it out the same day. Later orders will be sent the next working day. We post every weekday, Monday to Friday.

United Kingdom:
Most of our products are sent by 1st Class post which is usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
We also offer an expedited Special Delivery option which will be delivered by 1pm on the next working day
(Please note: Special Delivery service does not deliver on Saturdays as standard so orders posted on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday, or Tuesday in case of Bank Holidays).
Special Delivery does not guarantee next working day delivery to non-mainland locations. Please contact us if you need to confirm delivery schedule.
Worldwide:
We ship most items worldwide with the option of Airmail or International Signed-For postage. Delivery times are not guaranteed but range from 3-5 days for Western Europe, 7-10 days for rest of Europe, North America, Australia, Japan and usually a maximum of 2-3 weeks worldwide.
Postage/Shipping Charges:
Postage costs are dependant on the weight of your order. To see the total cost, including postage, simply add any item to the Cart then view the Shopping Cart and select your location/postage method.There is no commitment at this point and you are free to add or remove items from the cart before going through the Checkout.
Our standard UK postage starts at just £1.00 and we charge a maximum of £5.95 postage, no matter how much you buy. Spend £25.00 or more in a single order and standard UK postage is FREE!!
Our international postage rates start at just £1.75 and we charge a maximum of £25.00 postage, no matter how much you buy. Spend £70.00 or more in a single order and standard international postage is FREE!!
BFPO addresses are charged the same as standard 1st Class UK post.
APO/FPO addresses require Rest Of World postage as these need to be sent to USA for forwarding through the APO network.
